1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jljph website at jljph.net, creating a jljph account, or using any service offered by jljph, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the jljph platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use jljph services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jljph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jljph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jljph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jljph platform.

jljph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your jljph account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games on jljph, you must register a player account. When registering your jljph account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. jljph may close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.
• Keep your jljph login credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify jljph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jljph reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where jljph suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

Know Your Customer (KYC): jljph is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jljph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: jljph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit card. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jljph processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes during operating hours, subject to verification status. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in your jljph account dashboard.
• Verification Hold: jljph reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate jljph transaction is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jljph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jljph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may void the bonus.
• jljph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in bonus-hunting strategies, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jljph are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game on jljph, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules. The following general principles apply:

• jljph's slot games and random number-based games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted using real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in certified studio environments.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, jljph will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical error, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
• jljph reserves the right to void bets or game results where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or manipulation.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage on jljph is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or using multiple accounts.
• Using the jljph platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the jljph platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the jljph platform or its underlying software.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jljph account.
• Engaging in any conduct that jljph reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or jljph staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jljph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, and user interface elements, is the property of jljph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jljph platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jljph platform without the prior written consent of jljph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jljph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jljph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jljph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jljph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jljph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jljph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jljph is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy & Data

jljph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the jljph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jljph implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. jljph will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

jljph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. jljph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your jljph account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set time limits on your gaming sessions to help manage your play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from jljph for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the jljph platform.

12. Termination

jljph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your jljph account at any time by contacting jljph customer support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

jljph operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of jljph complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

jljph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jljph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the jljph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
